Adam is a qualified massage therapist and specialises in Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. He is also currently studying to qualify in Sports Massage. Adam is confident in identifying problematic muscles and areas of the body which may be tight, stiff or causing mobility and flexibility issues.

Adam is driven by assisting his clients who may be experiencing problems and loves to make a difference in his time with clients from when they step into their treatment to when they leave. 

He is also open to a challenge and finds that trickier problems to identify and fix gives him the opportunity to test himself whilst applying his extensive knowledge and developing his skills when finding new problems.
