Our Level 2 Gym Instructing course runs every 13 weeks for a period of 3 weeks at a time. Lessons are in-person once a week for 6 hours at a time. You will also be expected to participate in some home learning which your tutor will guide you through.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Please bring along a pen, notebook and a change of clothes (sportswear)  for practical sessions in the afternoons. You may also wish to bring a packed lunch and snacks and we advise you bring along water to stay hydrated!
