Our Level 3 Sports Massage course runs every 9 weeks for a period of 8 weeks at a time. Lessons are in-person once a week for 7 hours at a time. You will also be expected to participate in some home learning which your tutor will guide you through.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Please bring along a pen, notebook and a pair of shorts for practical massages in the afternoons. You may also wish to bring a packed lunch and snacks, although there is a cafe serving food until 14.30 on site. We advise you bring along water to stay hydrated!
